    A+ Fitness is proud to serve the Oklahoma City community. Our professional and reliable team has specialized in customized health and wellness plans for many years including the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients.All of our plans are the product of scientific research concerning health including metabolic research in order to ensure the best results for each and every one of our clients.

    There are dozens of “personal trainers” in your area. Each personal trainer will have their own modality of training as well as their own ideas of what works and what doesn’t. The only concern that you as a potential personal training client should consider is can the personal trainer you hire help you reach your goals and become the best model of yourself you can be. The idea to hire a personal trainer should not only keep you motivated and on track, it should also help keep your exercise program progressively moving forward so that you are always acheiveing your goal so you don’t plateau. It should be developed with your individual goals and needs in mind. One size fits all exercise programming just does not work, one size fits all diets will end in failure.

    We arevery personable, form stricken trainers. We treat each and every client like they are our only client. We build scientifically based, progressive exercise programs and diet recommendations to meet each client’s specific goals. When we take on a client, they have access to us via phone, text and email 24/7 for any questions or concerns they may have.

    Our job as your personal trainers, is to help you achieve success in your fitness goals. If we take you on as a client you can think of me us a friend, accountability partners someone that is ready to help you in almost all aspects of your life that can affect your health and well-being.

  • Method

    Old school methods of weight training (i.e. bench press… rest, bench press… rest, bench press… rest, move to the next exercise) are not a valid exercise regimen for the masses. Each person’s goals need to be addressed specifically. As personal trainers, we may only get to see a client 3-4 hours per week. Therefore, we have to make sure they get the most they can out of each session.

    Our clients don’t waste any time with unneeded rests, or movements. You won’t see workouts from fitness magazines or fad diets that attempt to provide a quick fix to a life time of poor habits. When we put together a health and fitness program for our personal training clients they will always see the results faster and be able to maintain their new bodies because we work on creating healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
